About Catalyst
Catalyst is a Horde raiding guild on the US-Hyjal server. We have been successful in the past, and have reorganized into a successful progression guild again. We believe that raiding can only be fun when everyone gives 100%, both in preparation and execution.
Catalyst is comprised of two 10 man raiding teams:
Team1 raids on Tuesday, Thursday, and Monday, 7:15-10pm.
Team2 raids on Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, 8-11pm.

While Catalyst isn't the kind of hardcore guild where we are pushing world and server firsts, we do like to take our progression seriously. To that end,all applicants should take your application to our guild seriously. Too many folks give one sentence or less answers to the questions on our application. I cannot tell you how many times folks answer questions like "What is your biggest weakness?" with answers like "movement fights" or "fights where i have to swap targets." Many don't answer the question at all because they either don't think they have any flaws, they know they can't get out of the fire and dont want us to see that, or because they didn't take the time to even read the question. If you don't take any time putting together your application, It won't take me any time to find the "decline button".
